Typical HK family scenarios

  • 2 adults + 2 kids: each submits separately (4 QR codes).
  • Infant (1yo): mum submits on behalf, baby’s passport # as ID.
  • 3-generation (8 pax): 3 min × 8 = 24 min total (do 1–2 days before departure).
  • Transiting via Singapore: do it within 72 hr of the SIN→DPS flight, not the HK→SIN leg.

FAQ (10 questions)

How much does the All Indonesia card cost?

Free. Any site charging a fee is a scam.

Do infants need it too?

Yes. Every foreign traveler — even infants — needs a separate submission, using their own passport #.

Less than 72 hours before flight — can I still do it?

Yes — you can also fill it at the DPS arrival kiosk, but expect a 30+ min queue.

Can I submit more than 72 hours before?

No. The system rejects submissions earlier than 72 h with a ‘Date too far’ error.

If my flight changes after submission?

If arrival date and flight # match, it’s fine. If you change flight date by > 24h, re-submit.

Who scans my QR code on arrival?

DPS has a dedicated kiosk that scans your All Indonesia QR + tourist tax QR + passport in one go.

Do I need to fill it on departure?

No — it’s arrival-only.

Which email to use?

Use the same email as e-VOA / tourist tax for easy consolidation.

Are All Indonesia, e-VOA and tourist tax integrated?

Gradual integration through 2026, but currently still 3 separate submissions.

Server is down / I can’t submit — what now?

DPS airport has free Wi-Fi + kiosks. Strongly recommend submitting 1–2 days before departure to avoid trouble.
