Why pay online vs at airport

- Klook / OTA bundles often do NOT include the levy — check before assuming.
Common mistakes to avoid
- ❌ Don’t pay at love.bali.go.id (doesn’t exist) or balitourismtax.com (scam).
- ❌ Passport name must match exactly (case, spaces, middle name).
- ❌ Use a real email — the QR + receipt only goes there.
- ❌ Multi-entry trips (e.g. Bali → Lombok → Bali) need a fresh payment each entry.
- ✅ Pay 7+ days ahead to avoid pre-departure server load.

Easiest payment for HK travelers?

I lost my QR code — what do I do?
Log back into lovebali.baliprov.go.id with the same email; or contact lovebali@baliprov.go.id with your passport number to reissue.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my trip?
No. The tourist tax is non-refundable once paid.
If I book through Klook / Wing On / KKday, is it included?
Usually not for Klook and KKday. Wing On Travel and direct concierges (e.g. baliholiday.hk) typically include it. Read the fine print.
Will the tourist tax increase in 2026?
As of May 2026, IDR 150,000 stands. Bali Provincial Government has discussed raising it to IDR 250,000 in 2027 but no law has passed yet. We update this page monthly.
